Aromatherapy Level I Certification

This basic aromatherapy course starts at the beginning and gives you everything you need to know to safely and effectively use essential oils every day. Students will learn the profiles of 21 different essential oils, as well as, how essential oils can be used to enhance the health and happiness of themselves, their family, and their friends.

• Principles of using essential oils.
• How essential oils support the immune system.
• Practical applications of aromatherapy in massage.
• Psychological effects of essential oils.
• Chemistry and various extraction methods.
• Contraindications, safety, and purity.
• Blending techniques and making your own blends.

Cost of the courses is $350 + Hawaii State tax of 4.712% ($300 + tax for HHAC alumni)
