Enrollment Policy

To enroll in Continuing Education courses at HHAC, applicants must submit a completed application form with a non-refundable deposit. The amount of the non-refundable deposit required is 50% of the total tuition for the course. If the course fee is less than $150, full payment is required at time of registration.

Registration is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of class. The remaining tuition balance is due 1 week prior to the first day of class.

For students registering late within 1 week of the first day of class, the full tuition must be paid at the time of registration.

All tuition are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712%.

Cancellation Refund Policy

If a student cancels her/his registration at least 3 days prior to the start of class, s/he is eligible for a 50% refund of the total tuition cost. If a student cancels their registration 3 days or less prior to the start of class, no refund will be issued.

HHAC reserves the right to cancel classes up to 3 days before class dates if minimum class size requirements are not met. A full refund will be issued within 2 weeks of the scheduled class start date.

Once capacity has been reached a waiting list will be established.
