Hawaii Healing Arts College (HHAC) is an official Board-Approved Continuing Education Provider through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), Provider #450174-06.
In the State of Hawaii, licensed massage therapists are required to complete 12 continuing education (CE) hours every two (2) years, with 2 hours consisting of approved CPR certification. The renewal deadline is June 30th of each even numbered year.
Licensed massage therapists in the U.S. mainland states and those holding national certifications may also be subject to continuing education requirements.
HHAC’s CE workshops are open to the public as well as Alumni. Alumni are encouraged to inquire about our HHAC Alumni discount.
ENROLLMENT POLICY
Interested students must submit a completed application to the Office of Student Affairs. Upon approval, our Student Affairs Coordinator will contact you to process a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total tuition. Enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance for the CE workshop is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.
For CE Workshops with a total tuition less than $100, full payment is required at the time of registration.
All registration and payments are due 2 weeks prior to the first day of class. Students registering within 2 weeks of the start date must pay tuition in full at the time of registration.
All CE workshop fees are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%). A 3.0% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student cancels their registration prior to the first day of class, they will receive a refund of all tuition paid minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
If a student withdraws from a CE workshop on or after the first day of class, no tuition refund will be issued.
HHAC reserves the right to cancel a class up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date if the minimum enrollment requirements are not met. In the event of a class cancellation by HHAC, students will receive a full refund, which will be issued within 2 weeks of the scheduled class start date.
OTHER
Once capacity has been reached a waiting list will be established.
CE Workshops & Schedule
Applications must be completed and emailed to The Office of Student Affairs. A Student Affairs Coordinator will reach out to collect the $100 non-refundable deposit.
